Absolute beachfront on Kangaroo Island

Escape to this absolute beachfront location, with spectacular 180 degree views, it truly doesn't get better than this! One of very few houses without a road in front, so close to the beach you can chill out on the deck and see and hear your children playing on the beach. Only 50 steps from the deck to the gentle lapping water of this spectacular safe swimming beach.

The sandy path to the beach opens to white powder sand and crystal clear water, with over 3 kilometres of glorious beach for tranquil walks, invigorating runs, or just fossicking.

A sheltered garden deck set in the private natural woodland garden provides further options for outdoor living.

Island Beach is the best kept secret in Australia.

Just a 15 minute drive from the ferry makes for the perfect location to base yourself for your immersion into nature's paradise... that is if you can pull yourself away from the spoils of Alchemy and the exhilaration of Island Beach.

We look forward to having you stay at Alchemy on Island Beach and enjoy it as much as we do. The only complaint we have from our guests is ... "I wish we would have stayed longer!"
