TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The Owner’s acceptance of this booking is on the basis that the property is available for the required Tenancy period at the time of the booking, however the Owner reserves the right, without penalty, to amend the booking for any unforeseen circumstances beyond his control., Should this occur the Owner will immediately notify the cause and nature of any delay or deferral.

 

  • No liability is accepted by the Owner for any injury, loss, delay, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any event beyond the Owner’s control or which are not caused by neglect or default by the Owner.

 

  • The booking is made in good faith and the Owner takes no responsibility whatsoever for any misdescription of the premises.

 

  • Full payment is required to secure the booking. 

 

  • Tenancy commences at 3.00pm on day of entry and expires at 11.00am on date of departure. In the event of a late check- out causing our Cleaner or other Representative to wait for the Tenant to depart, an hourly rate of $100 will be deducted from security bond.

 

  • The number of occupants is RESTRICTED to the number on the registration form, to a maximum of six persons.  Failure to comply with this condition will render the tenancy subject to immediate cancellation and forfeiture of all rental paid.

 

  • The Tenant shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by the Tenant to the Owner’s property and agrees to pay for any damage, breakage or cleaning of premises.  Where a bond has been paid, such monies shall be applied towards rectification costs, and additional costs paid if necessary.

 

  • The Owner takes no responsibility for the property of the Tenant on or near the premises.

  • The Tenant shall comply with all House Rules and these Terms and Conditions.

 

  • The Tenant shall not create or permit any noise or nuisance that is likely to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of any other person occupying adjoining premises.

 

  • Pets are NOT permitted on the premises.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation of bookings within 90 days or longer receives a full refund. If cancelled between 60 days prior to arrival a refund of 50% will be provided.  If cancelled 59 days or less prior to arrival no refund will be provided.  All refunds will be subject to any fees or charges, incurred by Alchemy on Island Beach, including credit card fees, and deducted from the refundable amount.

 

Cancellation of bookings during SA school holidays are as follows:  full refund if cancellation is 90 days prior to arrival.  No refund if cancelled after 90 days prior to arrival.
